Android Apps on Windows – Windows 11’s most anticipated feature is finally here. Microsoft has just released the first preview of Android app support for experienced Windows 11 users. So if you were using Windows 11 and signed up for the beta channel, you can now try Android apps on your computer.
Note that Microsoft has rolled out support for Android apps with its partners, Amazon and Intel, for beta channel users only in the United States. This means that if you don’t live in the United States, you can use Android apps on your PC.
Requirements
- Windows 11 Insider Beta Channel (build 22000. xxx)
- Your PC’s region should be set to the United States.
- Your PC should be running Microsoft Store version 22110.1402.6.0 or above.
- Virtualization should be enabled on your PC.
- You would need a US Based Amazon account to access the Amazon App store.
Run Android Apps On Windows 11
Step 1:
First of all, we need to open the Windows Subsystem for the Android web page and click on the Get button.
Step 2:
After Downloaded click the install button in the Microsoft store App
Step 3:
Then, They will be asked to download the Amazon Appstore. Click on the Download button to download it on your PC.
Step 4:
After completing the amazon AppStore installation just open it
Step 5:
You will now be asked to sign in with your Amazon account. Make sure to use your US-based Amazon account to sign in to the Amazon Appstore.
Step 6:
You will now find many applications. Click the Get button behind the app name to install it on your device.
